Sermons & Teaching
Get a feel for the preaching that will shape Heritage Hill.
Heritage Hill is still in the early stages of planting, so we aren't yet gathering for weekly Sunday worship or preaching sermons as a church.
But we know that if you're considering helping plant a church, you probably want to know what the preaching will be like.
The sermons below were preached by our planting pastor, Aaron Boswell, at other churches and ministry gatherings. We've collected them here to give you a window into his preaching—the cadence and style, the way we work through Scripture, and the kind of Bible-centered teaching we hope will characterize Heritage Hill.
What You Can Expect
At Heritage Hill, we believe Scripture gets the final word.
That means our normal pattern will be expositional preaching: opening a passage of Scripture, understanding what God has said in its context, and bringing that truth to bear on our lives.
We want preaching that is deeply rooted in the Bible, centered on the gospel, understandable to ordinary people, and aimed not merely at giving us more information, but at helping us follow Jesus.
These sermons aren't sermons preached at Heritage Hill—we aren't gathering that way yet. But they should give you a good sense of the kind of preaching and teaching you can expect as the church takes shape.
Listen to a sermon below, and if what you're hearing resonates with the kind of church you're looking for, we'd love to connect with you.
